Intentional strength. Pain-free movement. Lasting confidence.

I know what it’s like to be held back by pain or injury — & to feel the weight of unrealistic fitness & body standards.

That’s why I created small but MIGHTY — a space where you can feel at home in your body, train smarter & build strength, stability & mobility that lasts. No extremes. No quick fixes. No rigid rules or toxic diet culture. Just coaching that honors your body & your lifestyle & helps you redefine what healthy means to you.

a little about me

I’m the kind of person who swings the pendulum too far to both sides - with literally everything - so creating balance in my life was an extraordinary but necessary challenge. It’s taken me years to unpack what my mind, body & honestly, just everyday life needs to be healthy. A big part of creating that balance was acceptance. I had to accept my body & myself, my limitations, circumstances & traumas - the good, the bad & ALL the stuff I couldn’t control.

What it takes for me to be healthy continues to change & challenge me constantly; it’s a process that doesn’t really have an ending. But understanding that health is more than just a number on a scale, an intense workout or an elimination diet was transformational. I started to look at the whole picture, which was more often than not, overwhelming! To overcome that, I found the strength in the small - small steps, small wins, small changes, small improvements. That strength is what keeps me motivated & moving forward. That’s what keeps me healthy. That’s small but MIGHTY.

Testimonials

It just kind of felt like a dam breaking free. I’ve been so critical of my body, especially lately, & then I did something I’ve literally never done before. It was like a release of judgment of myself. I’m strong & that has to be more valuable than size or weight.

— Stephanie, New Jersey, 35 years old

When I was running yesterday there was a noticeable difference. My carriage was stronger, uphills were easier, I had better form. It was one of those things that I never noticed because I run so much, but now I’m like WOW that’s really different.

— Jen, Washington DC, 45 years old

I love what you’re bringing into my attitude toward exercise. It’s really important… You also made me think about how I consistently treat things that are just for me as secondary.

— Kasey, Washington DC, 31 years old

I’ve never done any workout more slowly & been more challenged than with you.

— Liz, Washington DC, 33 years old

Eating healthy & meal planning felt too hard before, like it was one more thing to add to my day. Now it feels natural & easy. I just needed to shift my mindset to keep it going.
