My Journey,
My Philosophy
For a long time, I believed being healthy meant doing more, pushing harder & ignoring discomfort — even when my body was asking for something different. Pain, perfectionism & pressure were normalized, & I accepted them as part of life. I spent years navigating body image struggles, a complicated relationship with food & chronic pain — all while trying to keep up with a busy life & career.
Leading with an all-or-nothing mindset took a real toll on my body, health & progress. Everything began to change when I slowed down.
Learning to move with intention instead of punishment helped me rebuild trust with my body. Through corrective exercise, mind-body connection & a compassion-first approach, I discovered that strength isn’t built by forcing yourself into someone else’s definition of healthy — it’s built by meeting yourself where you are.
I created small but MIGHTY because no two people — & no two lives — are the same. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Every program I design & every coaching experience I offer is fully individualized, grounded in empathy & respect for the reality of your life.
Today, I help women & girls build safer, more compassionate, realistic & empowered relationships with their bodies, movement, food & health — especially within systems & cultures that often fail them.
My work is rooted in expertise & compassion, so wellness can become something that supports your life instead of competing with it. This is what redefining healthy looks like at small but MIGHTY.
Let's Work Together
My programs are built for real life, real bodies & real results.
I offer strength, support & coaching—your way—so you can choose the coaching experience that fits your goals, your schedule & your lifestyle.
Client Testimonials
"I feel more confident in the understanding of my body... I’ve developed a more compassionate & consistent relationship with movement. Instead of seeing workouts as something I have to do, I now view them as something I get to do for myself.
I’ve also stopped being so hard on my body—it’s become less about punishing myself & more about feeling stronger & more energized. I’ve learned that progress doesn’t have to be extreme or all-or-nothing. Small, steady improvements build real confidence. I also realized that challenging myself doesn’t mean pushing to the point of burnout—it means meeting myself where I’m at & growing from there."
